Access Dynasty is a platform intended exclusively for accredited investors under SEC Rule 501 of Regulation D. As part of the intake process, we collect self-certification information regarding your accredited investor status. Depending on the nature of any investment opportunity you pursue through our network, additional third-party verification may be required.

Third-party verification services we engage are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of the information you provide to them and to use it solely for verification purposes. These services do not retain your information beyond what is required for verification.

Submission of an expression of interest form does not itself trigger a formal verification process. Verification may be required at a later stage if you are invited to participate in a specific investment opportunity.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

• Expression of interest data: Retained for up to 3 years from submission, or until you request deletion
• Active investor communications and records: Retained for the duration of any investment relationship and for 7 years thereafter, as required for financial record-keeping
• Automatically collected site data and analytics: Retained for up to 24 months
• Email correspondence: Retained for up to 5 years

After applicable retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize your data.
