Access Dynasty is a private network, not a marketplace. Our process is deliberate, confidential, and built around the realities of sports ownership — where deals move at the speed of relationships, not algorithms.
Begin by completing our confidential intake form. You'll share your full name, contact information, investment focus (franchise ownership, NIL, or both), investment capacity range, and any additional context that helps our team understand your goals. This form is non-binding and held in complete confidence.
The intake form takes approximately five minutes to complete. No documentation is required at this stage.
Every submission is reviewed by our team to confirm accredited investor status alignment and match against available deal types. We look for candidates whose investment capacity, timeline, and focus areas align with the opportunities currently in the Access Dynasty pipeline.
We review all submissions within 3-5 business days. Not every submission will advance — but all are treated with discretion.
Qualified candidates receive curated briefing materials tailored to their stated focus. This may include anonymized franchise profiles, NIL partnership term sheets, or introductory investment memos. All materials are shared under strict confidentiality and carry no purchase obligation.
Briefings are delivered via secure channel. All deal materials are watermarked and subject to NDA.
Investors who wish to proceed work directly with legal counsel to finalize documentation, complete accredited investor verification, and execute their participation in the chosen structure. Access Dynasty facilitates introductions and deal coordination but does not act as a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser.
Participation timelines vary by opportunity. Franchise structures may have extended closing windows; NIL partnerships can move more quickly.
Your intake form is reviewed by the Access Dynasty team. Initial eligibility is assessed based on the information provided.
Qualified candidates are contacted via the email provided. We may request a brief call to discuss your focus areas and available opportunities.
Candidates who clear initial review receive curated deal briefings aligned to their investment focus. No commitment is required at this stage.
From briefing to closing, our team coordinates deal access, documentation logistics, and introductions to relevant legal and financial professionals.
Under SEC Rule 501 of Regulation D, an accredited investor is an individual who meets one or more of the following criteria:
Annual income exceeding $200,000 individually (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse or equivalent) in each of the two most recent years, with a reasonable expectation of reaching the same level in the current year.
A net worth exceeding $1,000,000, alone or together with a spouse or equivalent, excluding the value of your primary residence.
Holders of Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 licenses in good standing may also qualify, regardless of income or net worth thresholds.
Entities including family offices, trusts, or investment companies with assets over $5 million may qualify at the institutional level.
Access Dynasty does not provide legal or tax advice. Individuals should consult their own counsel to determine whether they qualify as accredited investors under applicable law.
Submitting a form creates no legal obligation. You're expressing interest — nothing more. Any actual investment is a separate, fully documented process.
We strongly recommend independent legal counsel for any structured investment. We facilitate access, not advice. Your attorney protects your interests.
Your profile remains in our network. When new opportunities emerge that fit your stated interests, our team may reach out.
Submit a confidential expression of interest. No commitment, no public exposure. Our team reviews every submission personally.
